The fact that they listen to employees, makes them truly unique.
Anthony (CEO) is so approachable, genuinely cares about his employees, and encourages every team member, from assistants to executives, to share their perspectives and feedback. Even with all of his success under the age of 40, Anthony remains incredibly authentic, humble, open-minded, and honest.
