The schedule is inflexible all about the departments needs.

What's the work from home policy like at Trinity Ventures?
They want you to do it for free. But will write you up if you mention it.
Does Trinity Ventures drug test or do a background check?
Supposedly but several staff members are secretly thought to have problems but as long as their budget is unaffected they do not care.
How does Trinity Ventures handle HR issues?
Management is always right... Staff has no one to back them. Was told by two former hr advisors of Trinity their hands were tied and whatever management told them to do they had to invent policies to back managements wishes. Hr has became nothing more than management lies.
How innovative is Trinity Ventures?
They are innovative, on a financial side. Even if saving money lowers patient care increases risk factors (meaning more infections, and more poorly managed incidents involving patients care). Trinity forces staffing to cut corners and figure out ways to "bend" rules of practice, which leads to riskier activities for staff causing more work related accidents.
