  • If you have a profile on Aeria Games portal, please note that you have the possibility to delete your account by yourself:

    login on the account you wish to delete * click on your profile button (your username is written there)

    click on "edit profile"

    go to the last tab "Account"

    You will then find the "Delete My Account" button so you can delete your account and personal data.

    Please note that the complete deletion will take 15 days. In the meantime you will still be able to reactivate it by contacting via ticket.

  • What are Aeria Points and how do I purchase AP?

    Aeria Points, also known as AP, are the virtual points that can be used on the Aeria Games platform. AP is the best way to heighten your Aeria Games gameplay experience. There are many items that can be purchased with AP in each game's individual item mall, all of which provide special bonuses and exclusive benefits to your character.

    To purchase AP, please visit our Billing page at http://billing.aeriagames.com or click on the circular AP icon next to your username at the top of the AeriaGames web page. AP cannot be traded between accounts, so please make sure you are logged into the account that you would like the points to be awarded to.

    This is my first time buying AP. What are my limits?

    As a first time buyer, your account will be limited to one purchase per day for three days after your initial purchase. If you use a prepaid option, for example, Paysafecard, you can make more than one payment a day. After three days, even if you have not made more transactions, you will be considered a registered purchaser with Aeria Games and the restrictions will lift.

    I just bought AP and now I can't use it! Help!

    After you purchase AP, your account and AP may be subject to a shorthold to ensure the security of your transaction and account. Duringthe process, your AP may display as "Inactive" "-2" or "-1" and youwill not be able to spend it in game or at the web item mall. There isno need to be alarmed by this, as your points will be availableshortly after the process is completed. This simply means that youraccount is going through a wait period for security reasons. It willnot affect any amount of AP you have purchased or will purchase in thefuture, and should not affect your ability to continue to play. If your hold does not disappear after 40 minutes, please contact theBilling department [http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing] forfurther assistance.

    What information should I know when contacting Billing Support?

    Before contacting a member of the Billing department, please make sure that you have ALL of the following:

    Aeria Games Account ID (not in-game character name)

    Payment Method used to purchase

    Transaction or Receipt ID

    Date and amount of purchase

    When submitting a ticket, please include as much information as you can regarding the issue. Please do not reply to the ticket while you are waiting for a reply from our support team, as replying to a ticket after it has been submitted will move it to the end of the line.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to review your ticket. Due to the high volume of tickets, please do not submit more than one ticket as it will clutter our system.

    What are bonus points?

    Bonus Points are additional points that you receive when purchasing AP. Bonus Point levels will vary depending upon value of purchase and payment provider used. For a complete listing of all payment options and bonus point values available to you, visit the billing page at http://billing.aeriagames.com and make sure to select the correct currency.

    How do I change my currency and language?

    To view different payment options for your location, visit the billing page, where you will see a black drop down menu in the upper left hand corner. By default, it is set to English - USD, but if you click on it you will be able to select the currency and language of your preference.

    I see I can get a lot of bonus points using PayPal recurring. What is PayPal recurring?

    The highest percentages of Bonus Points are awarded using the PayPal Recurring payment method. PayPal Recurring is an automatically withdrawing account that will take money from your PayPal account and give you AP once a month with a higher level of bonus points.

    For example, if you purchase $100 USD with PayPal Express, you will get a total 12500 AP. If you have a PayPal Recurring account set up, you would get 17500 AP once a month. If you are a frequent purchaser of AP, having PayPal Recurring can be a benefit to you as points are automatically awarded.

    When you set up a PayPal Recurring account, the funds for the first month's payment are immediately withdrawn. Next month and every following month, your PayPal Recurring will automatically withdraw on the 25th. We cannot change the date of PayPal Recurring withdrawal.

    PayPal Recurring is not available to first time buyers. Once you have made your first purchase, you will then be able to access this service. The highest percentages of Bonus Points are awarded using the PayPal Recurring payment method.

    What is PayPal auto-recharge? How do I use it?

    PayPal auto-Recharge is a feature that can be selected on the third payment step on http://billing.aeriagames.com when using the PayPal Express payment provider. When you have selected PayPal Auto-Recharge and your AP drops below 250 AP, your account will automatically re-fill with the amount you initially purchased in AP. This allows you to automatically have more AP available while in-game.

    Is AP refundable?

    AP is not refundable and is not transferable.

    Which payment methods do you support?

    The payment methods available to you may differ depending upon your location. For a complete list, please visit http://billing.aeriagames.com

    Where can I see my AP?

    When you purchase AP, your points will be awarded to the account that was logged in at time of purchase. If you can't see your AP, make sure you have logged into the correct account. Once you have signed in to your account, your AP balance is located in the right hand corner, next to your user name. If you hover your mouseover your balance, a drop down menu will appear and you can select your AP Purchase History to see all of your AP and in-game purchases.

    The location of your AP balance in-game will vary depending upon each game. If you are unable to locate your AP in-game, please contact your game's GM team for assistance.

    Can I use my AP in a mobile game?

    Currently, AP cannot be used in our mobile games. If you wish to make a purchase of funds to use on a mobile game, please visit the in-appstore for your individual mobile game.

    I've been charged but I did not receive my AP. Where are they?

    All AP purchases can be subject to a security hold for a minimum of 24 hours. If it has been more than 48 hours from the time you purchased and you still have not received AP, there are many reasons why your payment may have been stalled. AP is awarded to the account that is logged in at time of purchase. If you have more than one account, please check all accounts for your missing AP.

    Your payment also might be under a hold from the payment provider you used to purchase. We can only award AP after notification from your payment method. To prevent further delay, please make sure to contact your payment provider first about your missing transaction. If you have already contacted your payment provider and are still missing AP, please submit a ticket to the Billing department with the information regarding the transaction (Identification Number, name of purchaser, date of purchase and amount, etc...)

    I didn't receive an item in-game.

    If you have not received an item you purchased in game, or if you gifted an item and it was not received, you will need to contact a Game Master on the game you play.

    I purchased Ap during a Bonus Points Sale. Where are my extra Bonus Points?

    Bonus Point sales, and any corresponding sales, are awarded only if the transaction clears within the promotional time frame. If your purchase cleared after the end of the promotion, you will not receive the bonus. Please make sure to read all sale announcements in full for any limitations or restrictions.

    If you feel your payment did clear and you still have not received your added Bonus Points, please first make sure that you have used a payment method that was included in our sale. Not all amounts will get the same percentage Bonus Points. When you are purchasing, Step 3 will show how much you will receive in AP and Bonus Points if you qualify within the time frame. All restrictions may apply on Bonus Point sales.

    I got a code for AP. How do I use it?

    If your code begins with the prefix CP:You have a coupon code to use with your next purchase of AP. To redeem this coupon, please go to our recharge center at http://billing.aeriagames.com and select Buy AP. Then, select your payment method. Coupon codes can only be applied when purchasing AP with certain payment methods. The list of such payment methods can be found in the message that accompanied your coupon code. Enter your coupon code and the amount of AP you wish to purchase and make sure to click APPLY. If you do not click apply, your coupon will not be added. Once you have applied the coupon, you can click through to step three and finalize your purchase.

    If your code begins with the prefix EP:You have an E-Pin code which can be input directly into our billing page for AP. In order to redeem this code, please go to our recharge center at http://billing.aeriagames.com Please select E-pin as your payment type and proceed to step 2, enter the E-pin and finalize your purchase.

    My gift card/pre-paid debit card/pre-paid credit card was declined but I was charged $0.99/$1. What is that?

    The $0.99/$1 charge you see is called an authorization fee. Authorizations, common for gift cards and prepaid credit card purchases, are not actual charges but are temporary holds placed on a credit card to insure it is a valid card. Please make sure that you have at least $1 more than the amount in AP you are trying to buy or your purchase may be declined due to insufficient funds.

    For Example: A Visa Gift Card with a value of $50 will only be able to purchase AP for $30 or below since the card will be charged $30 PLUS the authorization. If a purchase of $50 is attempted, the card will be declined since the card will be charged the $50 PLUS the $1 authorization for a total of $51. Please keep in mind that gift cards and pre-paid debit cards have their own rules, so authorization fees are subject to issuing bank policy. Some cards cannot be used for online purchases until they have been registered.

    Why do I get an Error message when I attempt to use my credit card?

    Please make sure to enter all information correctly and confirm your payment through additional verification, if needed. If you are receiving an error when attempting to use your credit card, please contact our customer support.

    I did a free AP offer but I didn't get my points.

    All free AP offers are operated and maintained by third party companies, so Aeria Games does not have access to records regarding these points. If you feel you have completed an offer but did not receive AP for it, please contact the individual offer provider that hosted the offer.

    Unfortunately not. Currently, Ironsight is a Windows-exclusive title.

    IS IRONSIGHT PAY-TO-WIN?

    Absolutely not. In Ironsight, there is no pay wall. As a free player, you can access every item / game mode. Spending AP will not give you any advantage over your opponents during fights.

    IS IRONSIGHT AVAILABLE ON STEAM?

    Ironsight's Open Beta isn't available on Steam. Our plans are to try and release the polished commercial version on Steam once it is ready.

    WHERE CAN I PLAY IRONSIGHT FROM?

    We are publishing Ironsight for North America, South America and Europe. We are considering more territories, but for now, playing from outside of those zones might affect your game performances (ping and network stability).

    WHERE ARE THE SERVERS LOCATED?

    Currently, three servers are available: one in Europe (channels in Belgium and Frankfurt),one in the United States (North Virginia / South Carolina) and one in Brazil (So Paulo).

    DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING TO PLAY IRONSIGHT?

    No, the game is free-to-play. Just create an account, download the client, and get started!

    I CAN'T ACCESS IRONSIGHT, COULD IT BE RELATED TO THE COUNTRY I AM PLAYING FROM?

    Yes, as a matter of fact, it could! Our Ironsight servers are for the most part hosted on the Google Cloud platform, and Google being a US-based company, it has to follow the directives of the OFAC (U.S. Department of Treasurys Office of Foreign Assets Control). In this case, it means that countries currently under an official OFAC embargo are forbidden from accessing any Google service, and thus from connecting to Ironsight.     WHAT IS THE ANTI-CHEAT ON IRONSIGHT?

    You can report any bug or translation mistake you find on Ironsight by filling the following form.

    IS THERE MOUSE ACCELERATION IN IRONSIGHT? CAN I PLAY WITH RAW INPUT?

    Ironsight uses raw input by default in order to ensure optimal precision. It does not have any mouse acceleration option, but windows does. Make sure you untick "enhance pointer precision" in your pointer options to disable it (Control Panel > Mouse Properties).

    CAN I PLAY IRONSIGHT WITH A CONTROLLER?

    Ironsight doesn't support controllers yet but you can use a third-party software such as AntiMicro or JoyToKey to emulate keyboard input with your controller.

    I'M ENCOUNTERING AN ISSUE WHEN I TRY TO PATCH THE GAME, IT SEEMS STUCK / WON'T EXTRACT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Fill out, if age field is missing an entry.

    Open up the game again.

    Type in "internet settings" or just "internet" and look for the menu for the settings.

    Go to "advanced" and scroll to the section about security.

  • You have just created your account and installed the game client and now you want to take your first steps in the world of Echo of Soul! Here are some tips that can help you start the game.

    The creation of your character

    After selecting the server, you will be prompted to select the character class that suits you best. You will have the choice between 7 character classes: Paladin, Warrior, Guardian, Rogue, Sorceress, Warlock and Archer.

    Each class has its specificities!

    Once your class is selected, click on the "Next" button at the bottom right of the screen.

    You can then customize the appearance of your character by previewing different possible costumes (1), individualizing its appearance (2) and giving it a name (3).

    In order to finalize the creation of your character, you will have to check the availability of the name by clicking on the "Check" button.

    At this level, it is also useful to inform yourself about the rules of the game that you will also find by following the link above.

    Finish creating your character and enter the world of Echo of Soul by clicking the "Creation Complete" button at the bottom right of the game screen.

    Please note that you can create up to 8 characters per account. The name of the characters can have between 2 and 12 letters and / or numbers.

    In addition, a character name can be used only once for the entire game, all servers combined.

    Interface

    Here's the game screen you'll see when you log in to the game:

    (1) Target Display - You will be able to see information about your target such as his name, level, health points and buffs and debuffs.

    (2) Group View - You will be able to see all the information about the group you are in.

    (3) Display of your buffs and debuffs - You will be able to see all your buffs and debuffs and also the uses of objects.

    (4) Mini Map - You can see the mini map of where you are with your current location and surrounding NPCs and monsters. You will also see the quests that are available to you.

    (5) Daily Activities - You will be able to access your window of daily activities which will allow you to obtain different rewards by carrying out different missions.

    (6) Quests - You will be able to see active quest information like management and your mission to complete it.

    (7) The chat window - You will be able to see the different chat windows at your disposal. This is also where you will find your combat information as well as system announcements.

    (8 ) Attack Power - You will be able to see the attack power of your character. This attack power will eventually depend on entering dungeons and other elements of the game.

    (9) Login Rewards - You will be able to retrieve the various rewards you will receive every day when connecting to the game.

    (10) Food - This is where you will see your character's diet.

    (11) The Status Bar - You will be able to see the level of your character, his health points as well as his special resources that are specific to each character class.

    (12) The shortcut bar - This is where you can drag certain items such as companions, skills or potions so you can use them faster.

    (13) Auto Healing - This is where you will be able to make various settings about your character's automatic healing.

    (14) Souls - This is where you will see information about the souls your character has. You can also use them from this menu.

    (15) The Main Menu - This is where you will be able to access all the game's menus such as your character's information, list of quests, skills, souls, inventory, community, dungeons, the options and settings of the game, etc ...

    (16) Experience Bar - This is the display of your experience bar so you can see your progress before reaching the next level.

    Basic operations

    Here are the different functions of your mouse:

    (1) You can use the left mouse button to target.

    (2) You can use the right mouse button to interact with the elements of the game and see around your character.

    (3) You can use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out of the display of your game screen.

    You can move using the left and right mouse keys simultaneously or by right-clicking where you want to move. You can play more smoothly using the different keys on the keyboard. They are set by default but you can make your own settings in the options window (Escape key).

    Action Key

    The action key, F, is one of the most used keys in Echo of Soul. The "F" will appear whenever you can use the action key.

    The action key is used to talk to NPCs, to interact with the mailbox or chests and to collect items when the monsters are defeated.

    Deleting a character

    Did you realize that the character you created does not suit you? Then you can delete it.

    By going to the page of the choice of characters, you can click on the button at the bottom right "Delete character". Be careful to select the right character before clicking the button.

    A level 10 or higher character will be permanently deleted when servers are rebooted for the first time after 6 days.

    A character below level 10 will be deleted immediately.

  • What is the Rest Bonus?

    The Rest Bonus is as its name suggests a bonus that will allow you to accumulate more experiences during your adventure on Echo of Soul - Kingdom!

    How to recharge this Bonus?

    You can increase the bonus by staying in large cities like Ignea, or in the camps of each map.

    When you are in an area that will reload your rest bonus you will have a notification in the system messages saying: "Rest bonus is recharging."

    When you leave an area that reloads your bonus you will get the following message: "Rest bonus charged!"

    It is also possible to use sanctuary wings to increase your Maximum Rest Bonus. The level 1 wings will give you 100% of the bonus, level 2: 200%, level 3: 300%, level 4: 400% and level 5: 500%!

    The wings will give you an amount of experience depending on their level.

    Where can you see the Bonus?

    The bonus is located on your experience bar, you just need to move your mouse over the diamond to see the experience that the Rest Bonus will give you.

    On this, no Sanctuary Wings have been used, so you can see the basic resting bonus of the character.

    After using a few sanctuary wings, you will see that the experience has increased:

    How is the maximum level of the Rest Bonus determined?

    The maximum level is determined by your level, the higher your level, the higher the bonus will be.

    How is it used?

    Whenever you defeat a monster, boss, or quest, the experience gained through them will be increased and the maximum amount of the Rest Bonus will decrease.

    You can see it in the system messages:

    You earned 7010 EXP. (1338 + 5672)

    7010 is the total experience that you will win.

    1338 is the experience given by the monster.

    5672 is the experience given thanks to the buff of experience that your character has used and thanks to the rest bonus.

  • All characters must eat food to stay fit and active in Echo of Soul.

    When you eat food with your character, your energy and satiety increase and you can reap many benefits.

    You will see your energy and satiety at the bottom of your game screen next to the shortcut bar.

    The higher your energy, the higher the health and damage of your character.

    Energy is used every time you use a skill.

    Depending on the dish you eat, your satiety will be consumed. When you reach the maximum possible satiety, you will not be able to eat any more food. Satiety then decreases with time.

    There are many items available to increase the energy and to reduce satiety.

    You will be able to cook different dishes thanks to your cooking profession!

  • In EOS, your character will have the opportunity to gather achievements also named successes.

    You can access it by clicking on the cup at the top of the screen on the right in the mini map or by using the N-key of your keyboard.

    Examine the different categories and accomplishments well. By clicking on each achievement, you will have details about it.

    Some achievements will allow you to receive unique rewards!

  • What types of equipment can I find in EOS?

    In EOS you can find different types of equipment: whites, greens, blues, purples and oranges.

    The whites, the greens are the normal equipment, the blue ones are the rare equipments, the purples are the heroic equipments and the oranges are the legendary equipments.

    The higher the equipment, the better they will be but they will also be rarer!

    You can compare the equipment you wear by holding the mouse on a piece of equipment in your inventory. You will find a comparison below.

    I received a box of equipment, what to do?

    When you receive an equipment box, simply open it in your inventory with a right click. You will then receive the equipment part corresponding to your class and specialization.

    It will not be appraised yet.

    My equipment part has a magnifier on its icon, what to do?

    When your piece of equipment has a magnifier on its icon, you must appraise it with the magnifier in your inventory.

    Click on the magnifiers and then on your piece of equipment to identify.

    Identification is very important in order to benefit from all the statuses of the object in question!

    What is the object level of a piece of equipment used for?

    Each object has an equip level and an item level.

    The equip level of the object corresponds to the level of your character. You will not be able to use it if your character has a lower level than indicated. The item level of each piece of equipment corresponds to its quality.

    The higher the item level, the greater the chance that it is better with better stats.

    I do not need my equipment anymore, what can I do with it?

    When you no longer need one of the parts of your gear, you can either destroy it by sliding it out of your inventory window or you can also sell it to one of the Merchant NPCs for silver and gold coins.

    You can also turn it into souls with your special Soul Extraction skill found in the profession window (Key J).

    And you have the option to turn it into crafting materials using your Item Extraction skill also in the trades window.

  • How can I create my own Guild?

    In order to create a guild you will have to go to one of the big cities like Ignea. Once in there, go to the Clockwork Quarter and look for the "Guild Manager" NPC.

    Once found, talk to him and and select "Create Guild" and again "Create Guild". Attention, you must be at least level 20 and have 1 gold on you!

    You will then need to fill in your guild name and confirm!

    What information about my guild members is available to me?

    You can see several informations via the member tab:

    - Level

    - Name

    - Class

    - Attack Power

    - Rank in the guild

    - Participation in terms of guild experience

    - Area where the player is

    - Status

    - Number of kills

    - Number of deaths

    You can sort guild members by clicking on the arrow next to the name of the information!

    How can I set permissions by guild rank?

    In the "Authority" tab you can find all possible rights sorted by rank:

    - Add in the guild storage

    - Take from the guild storage

    - Invite members to the guild

    - Kickmembers from the guild

    - Change the ranks of the players in the guild

    How to leave my guild?

    If you are the guild leader two options are available to you:

    - Kick all members of the guild and leave the guild via the option "Leave guild":

    - Designate a new guild leader via the Guild Manager NPC.

    Once the new guild leader appointed, you will be able to leave the guild.

    If you are a guild member other than the leader you can leave the guild directly via the "Leave Guild" option!

  • You can buy many useful items for your character through our Ingame and Webshop! Theyre two premium shops, where you can buy different items that are very useful for your character and appearance!

    The currency of the two shops are Aeria Points (AP), which you can buy with real money.

    The InGame Shop

    You can find the in-game shop on the bottom right of your game screen.

    You can see the number of APs you have in the in-game shop.

    Click on the arrow to update the AP amount. By clicking on the AP-Charge button you will be taken to the purchase page. In the in-game shop, you can also gift items to other players who are on the same server as you!

    For the item you want to give away, click the Purchase button, then the "Send gift" button and enter the person's name and a small message!

    If another player sends you an item from the in-game store, you can find it in the gift tab of the in-game store! Items you buy for your character will be sent directly to your inventory. Be careful, items received in the Gift Tab remain there for 30 days!

    The Web Shop

    Log into your account at the top right of the website and click on the shop to reach our Webshop. In the Webshop you can buy additional items that are not in the in-game shop. You can usually find offers in there!

    To buy APs, you need to go to the in-game store and click on the "Buy More" button in the upper right corner of the window:

    How to receive magic eggs?

    You will receive magical eggs at certain gaming events and by turning costumes, accessories and frames from the Premium Shop in Magic Eggs by using the Magic Egg Conversion Scroll which can be found in the General Merchant.

    To use the conversion scroll, right-click on it in your inventory and then left click on the object you want to convert. Attention, during the conversion the converted object will be deleted!

    For a mount, you will receive 30 magic eggs.

    For an outfit, you will receive 12 magic eggs.

    For a back accessory, you will receive 10 magic eggs.

    For a hat or a face accessory, you will receive 3 magic eggs.

  • Tiered Spenders are events that happen in our Web shop. Tiered spenders have tiers which contain extra goodies that you can get when you spend a certain amount of AP! Tiered spenders can vary; some let you choose which rewards you can get and some items are picked for you! In some instances, the Tiered Spenders can even be repeated after redeemed! No matter what, Tiered Spenders are a way of thanking you, the players, for spending with us!

    How do I participate in the Tiered Spender?

    You participate in our Tiered Spender by buying anything off of our Web Mall or in-game Cash Shop. The Tiered Spender is based off of items purchased and not how much AP you recharge for.

    How do I know when a Tiered Spender event is happening?

    Typically, when a Tiered Spender is happening the Echo of Soul team will make an announcement so you don't miss it! However, there is also a great way to tell by visiting our Web Mall, you will be met with two signs there is a tiered spender going on:

    Underneath your AP amount that you have to spend there will be a bar underneath it that displays how much AP you have spent so far (if any) and how far you are into it! If you look to the left, there is a tab for Tiered Spender, when expanded you will see all the Tiered Spenders and what the rewards are for each Tier.

    I've bought items and hit a tier, what now?

    When you click on the Tiered Spender name in the expanded "Tiered Spender" section you will be met with the following visual:

    Underneath the Tiered Spender logo you will see how much AP you have currently spent! To the right of this, is how long you have to participate in this Tiered Spender. The Green color signifies tiers that you have unlocked and can receive rewards for, blue signifies how far you are until you hit the next tier.

    Underneath the Tiered Spender bar, there is the tiers that are in this Tiered Spender. Each tier will provide information such as the rewards available, how much AP it is provided and you will be able to see how many tiers are left unlocked and what they contain. If you have decided that you have reached the tier you would like to be at, you can redeem your good by pressing the Redeem button and chose the items you wish to get in-game! After redeeming your Tiered Spender your bar will now have an Orange Color:

    This signifies that you have redeemed the items for those tiers, and in some cases you can continue and repeat the tiered spender and redeem even more rewards!

    How long do I have to redeem rewards?

    The Echo of Soul team recommends claiming the Tiered Spender rewards less than 24 hours after the Tiered Spender has ended at the latest. Of course you can redeem your rewards at any time while the Tiered Spender is still active!

    Who can I contact to report a violation of the rules?

    The Echo of Soul team is there to deal with reports of non-compliance.

    Your first contacts will be the GameMasters, they are responsible for the players of Echo of Soul.

    You can contact GameMaster by MP on the forum or directly in game.

    You can also send us your reports by sending a ticket to the support.

    What are the elements that a report must contain?

    In order to facilitate the reports, we have prepared a short list. Just copy it and fill the requested information:

    The name of the character who broke the rules

    The reason for the report

    Description of the non respect:

    When was the non respect:

    Have you ever reported this non respect to someone else, if yes to whom:

    Joined evidence

    Warning, without proof, we will not be able to process the reports!

    The proofs can be according to the situations:

    - An unmodified or not reworked screenshot (no blackening of text or names, no chat splitting, no changes to the original screenshot of the game, no window on the capture) for all reports that have nothing to do with a movement or action in the game.

    - An unmodified or not reworked video of the game's full screen (no other window on the game window, no coloring, no visual effects and no background sound) for all reports that have something to see with a movement or action in the game, like being AFK in a dungeon. Be careful, videos on the screen made using a camcorder or a phone are not accepted. You will need to make the video using a video capture program. You can find on the net, you find the one that suits you.

    It is important for us to also have a glimpse of what happened before and after the report so that we can get an overview of what happened!

    Why should the evidence be the original?

    Screenshots and videos serve as proof of non-compliance with the rules.

    Your report may lead to an exclusion of the game and that is why we absolutely need valid proof.

    Do I know the sanction that the player will have?

    We will not be able to give you the nature of the penalty taken for the player you have reported for reasons of confidentiality of the data.

    According to the laws of data protection, we will not be able to give you this type of information.

    How can I know if my report has been processed?

    You will have an answer when your message has arrived at your destination and is being processed.

    "We thank you for this report, we treat it according to the rules."

    How can I send you a screenshot or video?

    You will find different sites that will offer you to upload a screenshot or a video. This type of site, is called image hosting or video. They save the screenshot or videos on their servers and give you access through a link that you have to send us.

    We will then be responsible for recording this evidence in our archives which we will have to keep in case of litigation.

    Be careful, we do not accept videos uploaded to YouTube or any other video viewer.

    Please also understand that we must analyze the evidence you send us and that we will only intervene after the analysis and according to the rules.

    Sometimes you will not understand the sanction given that you are the victim, but the evidence must always be treated in a neutral way and may not appear as serious as felt by the victim.

    Screenshots are very important for showing off your outfit, making player or bug reports, or even taking pictures of our scenic open world. Here is a break down of all of our systems to help you take great screenshots!

    To take a screenshot without the traditional user interface you use, you can pressCtrl + P! This will take away all UI temporarily and open Screenshot mode! This is temporary and be disabled by pressing Ctrl +P again. In Screenshot mode you will have this interface in the bottom left corner of your screen:

    This interface will fade away when you are not moused over, so it won't obstruct your screenshot. With this interface you have numerous sliders and information to move the camera! There is a check box that is automatically checked when entering this mode for the session, this provides an Echo of Soul Phoenix logo on your screen for you! You then have a Depth of Field which will allow you to change how clear or blurred your background is around you, Motion Blur to show all the action and a FOV which allows you to change how close or far away your camera is!

    Now that you are in Screenshot mode, you can now take your picture! Simply press your Print Screen button! On most keyboards, this key is labelled asPrint Scrn. Pressing this key will allow your screenshot to be saved to your computer. If you want to make sure, you can always exit the screenshot mode and check your chat! It'll display that it saved in orange print if it did.

    So the screenshot was registered as taken but now where do you find it? Go to your Hard Drive (C:\ for most) and find the Aeria Games folder. Choose your Echo of Soul, Enter your Game Client folder and there will be a screenshot folder which will contain any and all screenshots you've taken in the game.

    Now you can do whatever you like with the screenshots you've taken, and take many more!

    Please Note: Customer Support only accepts unedited, full sized screenshots with the UI showing for user reports and player reports. Any cropped, edited or altered screenshots will not be accepted for reports of any kind.

    In order to start your adventure in Echo of Soul, here are the steps to create an account and to download the game client.

    Creating your account

    In order to play Echo of Soul, we invite you to create your game account. Visit our website: https://en.echoofsoulphoenix.aeriagames.com/

    At the top right of the site you will find the button "Sign up!"

    You will then have to enter your e-mail address and your date of birth. Then click on the button Play for free! "

    You will then be prompted to enter an account name and password. The password must contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit and have between 8 and 15 characters. The account name will allow you to login to the game.

    So note these two informations! Then click on the "Play free" button.

    Once the account is created, you can download the game client by clicking on the "Download" button.

    You will also receive an email in the mailbox that you specified when creating your account. You will need to click on the link in the email in order to confirm your email address and thus finalize the creation of your account.

    This step is very important, do not forget it!

    Once the account is created and the email address verified, download the game client.

    A window will open, you will have to click on the button "Save file".

    When the file will be downloaded, launch it by double-clicking it.

    To resume the download, a button has been made available on your desktop so you can resume it in one click.

  • Phoenix is so close you can almost taste it. Then you get a "Not Enough Disc Space" Error, now what do you do? This will be a guide to assist you in resolving your error.

    How much free space do I have?

    In order to determine how much space you have, you will need to go to "This PC" (May be called "My PC") and right click the drive you are attempting to install Phoenix on) and click properties.

    Executible (Launcher)

    After properties it will bring up the following or a similar screen. Make sure to check your Free Space is more than enough to install the game with some extra space to spare. We recommend having at least 40GB free.

    What if I don't have enough free space?

    Don't have enough space free? Try using Disk Cleanup. This feature will allow you to clear the small, cached files on your computer you don't need but the computer saves just in case. Select the things in the menu you wish to clear, then they will be deleted.

    If more disk space is needed try moving large, unused programs or files to another hard drive, external USB drive, or to the recycling bin! Things like recorded videos, unused video games, and pictures add up quickly and take up a lot of space.

    If you are still having the error after completing all instruction you may just need to manually download the packages. This may be a bit time consuming and is only to be used as a last resort to "Not Enough Disc Space" error. If this step does not resolve your issue, please contact Customer Support.

    If you do not receive a message, it is often because this limit has already been reached. However, if you have not yet exceeded the limit and still have not received a message, then please note that SMS notifications are a function for which we can not guarantee. The successful delivery of an SMS depends on numerous factors (coverage of the mobile network, possible spam filters of your provider), which we can not influence.   • To delete your account, click on the settings (gear wheels at the bottom left). A window is opening. Click on the "Delete" tab and initiate the deletion there. You will then be automatically logged out and receive an email to the email address associated with your account. There you will find a confirmation link. As soon as you confirm this link, the account is deleted.

    Please note: - the deletion is only done for the world on which it was previously initiated via the settings - the confirmation link is only valid for a short time. If the confirmation link is invalid, you must re-initiate the deletion via the settings to get a new link. - if you log back into the selected world after initiating the deletion, the corresponding confirmation link will also be invalidated.

  • If a fight occurs because one player has attacked the other, it will depend on the type and amount of units that collide, which side wins. The one who has taken the smaller losses in percentage is the winner of the fight.

    The winner of the fight gets credited with part of the opponent's buildings as spoils of war. The maximum amount of enemy buildings the winner can get depends on the bashlevel of the opponent. The bashlevel may have different levels, depending on the configurations of the world you play.Example: At a bashlevel of 33/33/25/15/5/0, the yield for the first and second attacks is 33% or less of the opponent's buildings. In the third attack, only 25% or less of the same player, 15% in the fourth, 5% in the fifth attack, and 0% in the sixth time, can be conquered.The bash level prevents a player from not having any buildings left after an opponent's attack series. Battles fall out of the bash level after a certain amount of time (depending on the world), so that it may recover one level.

    If the winner of the fight is victorious but unable to completely destroy his opponent's army, he will only get part of the spoils of war. For example: if the attacker only destroys half of the defending army, he will only get 50% of the buildings determined by the bash at the moment of the attack. E.g. Defendant has 1000 buildings, bash is 33, and Attacker destroys 50% of his defense, attacker will take away [ 33% x 1000 ] x 50%, or 165 buildings.

  • To attack, you must first build a fleet. To do this click on the HQ and then on the military. Once you are in the HQ, you will see your fleets and create new fleets at the top of the window; you have only one fleet at the beginning, but you can create more fleets (up to three).If you then scroll down, you will see the units you currently have.   • It is a violation of the game rules to repeatedly attack other players when their percentage of losable buildings (the so called bash level) dropped to zero. The standard bash levels are 33%, 33%, 25%, 15% and 5%, but they may be different depending on the server you are playing on.     70.000/24= 2916,67

    Here, in the example the player gets 2916,67 $ per hour.

  • Each player is only allowed to own 1 account at any one time. Multiple accounts will be blocked. Accounts, which are just used for building up other accounts, whether active or not, come also under that Rule.
