What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fire everyone and hire a new workforce.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Every. Single. Thing. All. Of. It.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Nobody talks or communicates with each other and the only thing that is separating everyone is the walls...

What do you like best about your company?

I hate this company. It is the worst company I've ever worked for in 34 years of life on this Earth.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nobody is qualified to be paid what they are making so people stay with the company forever and no changes can be made.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. From sharing of critical information, to the hiring of unqualified managers, to providing the tools necessary for a sales team in 2020, not 1999.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Nothing. They were so unorganized that they had to make me come in again the next morning because somebody important forgot about it. I should have seen through this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been single-handedly creating dynamic change in internal processes myself and it goes unrecognized. I work for others and back up the entire sales force and don't get paid for it.
