The people I work with and the ability to be creative and offer new ideas keep me motivated.

Very clear what steps were needed and who I would be interviewing with along the way. Allowed me to give examples of past work and show my talents.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TriWest's culture is different than any other company I have ever worked at. Every person on board cares about making health care better for Veterans. They solve problems and help out without question. Even though it is fast paced and stressful at times, people work together for common goal.
