Training and assisting staff with needs/communication
Leave. Hire on an entire new upper management. Employees are disposable and only a metric to help pad their lavish lifestyle.
PTO accrual is nonexistent, all vacation time given at once. Nearly impossible to get time off in an emergency as leadership does not approve. You must request from an AI.
I make less than first year employees and have been with this company for 4 years. My tenure and experience mean nothing.
