Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We sometimes have to stay 5, 7, 10 min after, don't get paid for it. We had to go in 15 min early first 2 weeks, not paid. We don't get approved for our police promised
Being paid more then 14/hr bc of my experience I think I'm worth more then 14 but ig every one would think that or say that

Because I STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOT ONE COMP CHECK! Which actually was one of the BIGGEST reasons that made me decide to take the job, the thing that made me excited to accept the position that the T-Roc recruiter was offering me-after having contacted me after viewing my resume!!
