What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to hire good people.
They are friendly, approachable, appreciative, and excellent teachers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The team is great as far as it goes with cleaning but communication should be better
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance options are good, and the PTO program is better-than-average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher percentage 401k match.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do our own thing dont really have to communicate
My team works well together.
The volume of business can get very high during the peak season, and everyone always rises to the occasion in a positive way.

I got to tell it how it is.
