What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparent - they own mistakes when they happen and fix them quickly.
very communicative and supportive; employee-first culture
Barely know them beyond their lighthearted vague update Zoom once a quarter
Constantly innovating and challenging a stagnant industry. Best in class at scaling the business.
I will retire here- they are the best in this industry.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission structure is transparent.
70k base; 6k bonus per search
The upside at True is far higher than at the larger SHREK firms, particularly for top performers. True rewards quality execution as well as billing, versus the large firm model of rewarding large billers over everything.
