What makes you most happy at work?
We've nearly doubled our revenue in one year alone. I believe that is largely because of the team culture. What makes me happiest is the praise we get for our good work and the camaraderie we have because of it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
"If you're not happy here, I'm not doing my job," is something that leadership frequently says. They've created a culture of open, direct, and honest communication. No matter what your need, they are there to help. They also teach you things you would never know before and encourage you to grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is humble, kind, and collaborative. We don't have any divas. Everyone works together quite well. We celebrate wins, but we don't dwell on losses. We learn from them. We also have a great time. We go on cooking trips, out to dinner, and have meetups from time to time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only do we get equity, we are paid above market rate. Salaries are always negotiable when you sign up for the job. The benefits are extraordinary. I am pregnant and everything is covered. I feel very well taken care of and lucky to be part of Truebill. We also have life insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy of the people at my company is really unique. It's upbeat, but also calm. I've been here over a year, and every day is truly a pleasure. People are curious about who you are as a person, not just about what you do. I look forward to seeing my colleagues every day.
