Not only do we get equity, we are paid above market rate. Salaries are always negotiable when you sign up for the job. The benefits are extraordinary. I am pregnant and everything is covered. I feel very well taken care of and lucky to be part of Truebill. We also have life insurance.

My team is humble, kind, and collaborative. We don't have any divas. Everyone works together quite well. We celebrate wins, but we don't dwell on losses. We learn from them. We also have a great time. We go on cooking trips, out to dinner, and have meetups from time to time.
