What is the best part about your compensation package?
The high-quality of insurance and bonus structure
The medical is pretty good. The 401k choices and matching are good.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am older than most of my coworkers, I always feel like they should take more time to think things through rather than just offer an idea and wait for others to figure out consequences
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a small, laid back company. There's a minimum of the day to day annoying things that happen at larger companies (although there's a fair amount of medical regulatory to follow).

Opportunity to meet with many people
No "standard" interview questions about solving algorithms on a whiteboard, no trick questions
