The most disorganized place I ever worked for. One day the job was "this" and then they would change it to "that". Absolute zero structure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't work there anymore. I actually have a job where I am getting paid better and my skills are being utilized.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get education. Moving up and creating roles for people because they capped out on salary isn't a realistic way of creating structure for a company. If anything, it makes it chaotic.
