Supportive middle management and develop these employees to grow into the next position
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't work there anymore. I actually have a job where I am getting paid better and my skills are being utilized.

We work and interact well with each other

Everyone is out for themselves and the kindness is fake

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I realize customers are important, but so are employees.
Get education. Moving up and creating roles for people because they capped out on salary isn't a realistic way of creating structure for a company. If anything, it makes it chaotic.
To have set standards and actually go by them for everyone

It all went very quickly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company itself has improved over the years, the cultural breakdown is in the individual branches or districts. Hire people that DO the right things; not just say what they think people want to hear
