Not at all. Very stagnant. Not a lot of smart people making decisions. Also, every new idea has to make money right away, so little is tried.

I love my boss and like the brand I work on. Also, the work-life balance is great.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Trusted Media Brands?
Move RD edit operations to New York. Have an office that isn't soul-crushing to work in. It's a greige cubicle village right now. Have managers who are more engaged with the work and staff. Encourage staff who have strong interests to bring them into work. Become more mission-driven and have that filter through the entire org. Right now, I think that most people don't believe in their managers, don't see them working hard, don't think they're smart, and don't think the products are very good or worth fighting for.

Hodge podge. Some good people, some bad ones. No stars. Not a lot of spark.
How's the leadership on the Product team at Trusted Media Brands?
Pathetic. Way behind the times, lazy, unimaginative.
How would you compare interviewing at Trusted Media Brands to other places you've interviewed?
The HR team is a joke. The recruiting is a joke. But my boss is very, very diligent and ran his own interview process and it was very thorough. I thought just the right amount of scrutiny. I've seen him make many good hires since (and maybe one or two bad ones).
