- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Expectations are too high for how much employees are getting paid, and management gets mad very easily and yells at you over minor mistakes. Working as a cashier at a convenience store would honestly be better for you than working here.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Temper expectations to reasonable levels, pay employees more, replace management.
