Mr. John G. Sharkey serves as the Chief Financial Officer of TSR, Inc and has been its Vice President of Finance, Controller and Secretary since 1990. Mr. Sharkey was a Controller of a publicly held electronics manufacturer from 1987 until joining TSR Inc. in October 1990. From 1984 to 1987, he served as a Deputy Auditor of a commercial bank, having responsibility over the internal audit department. Prior to 1984, Mr. Sharkey served at KPMG LLP as a Senior Accountant. Mr. Sharkey has a Masters Degree in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
