My team are legends who i wouldn't trade for the world

We do not get paid fairly for the work and stress we entail

Lower management are on a bit of a power trip, higher management are good though

I get on with the manager that did the interview and it was very relaxed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The stress of the job affect mental health therefore the stress needs to be dealt with
