Horrific. It was a struggle dragging myself to work there everyday. No acknowledgement from managers, no praise and recognition for any hard work (especially during peak of covid) Extremely cliquey and managers gossip quite openly about other agents. Very unprofessional. Not worth the pay.

Again. Managers werent welcoming and i just felt like a number.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be fair. Show respect. Show manners. LISTEN. Be professional. All basic things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the pay needs to reflect the amount of work that goes into this job
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think it would be better if managers could switch up seating plans instead of sitting agents near friends therefore only encouraging the cliquey behaviour that is out of control in the building.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start by listening. And helping, if we have specifically asked for help. Not pass responsibilities onto others. Be approachable. Show agents that there is some form of trust if a confidential conversation should ever happen. I cant stress enough how unprofessional the managers are.
