What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Bothering to actually put anything into leading anyone.

Review from Sales Dept

Incentives that really matter. It's a shame that they offer such great incentives to sales force, but what about us?

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Overworked, they have let go a high amount of employees without explaining new roles and responsibilities for those left behind. No salary or growth opportunities at this stage. They make you wait 5 years to fully vest your 401k - they should eliminate that since they cut yearend merit increases.

I feel we should receive higher commision

Review from Sales Dept

Opportunities for pay rate increases, Promotions by merit, not oversight, and stop playing the buddy game to get ahead.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Better leaders and more moral. No one feels appreciated and everyone feels used and feels like the boss is only looking after certain people on the shift Instead of trying to look out for the well being of the whole shift. Need to be better trained

Focus in analyzing and presenting viable solutions to the real issues which are dated systems that hinder consumer and sellers experiences when they interact with the company. Communicating and apologizing for errors does not solve them.

Creating an inviting work environment for everyone involved. My coworkers are highly judgmental and rude to anyone who doesn't fit in as they feel they should.

Review from Sales Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

A more horizontal structure, regaining employee trust by making a plan together and truly addressing what is needed versus what is just done traditionally and may no longer be relevant.

Any form of sensitivity toward individual difference would be nice.

Review from Sales Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Manager should not have personal info including access to saved debt or credit cards

They need to be more thorough. They will hire anyone that walks off the street and most of the time they are extremely lazy and certain people are always having to pick up their slack and it goes unnoticed. They need to make sure they are hiring people that are going to stick it out

Leave out the middle man.

Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Restructuring without informing key players that are still employed but don't know where they are headed for over a year now.

I'm treated badly by coworkers because I don't fit into the ideal concept of what they think a Tupperware employee should be.
