Turbo Chef Customer Service is the worst of any restaurant equipment brand. Nobody takes ownership of the problem and therefor nothing gets fixed. The absolute worst brand to do business with.
The company could benefit from constancy. There is nothing shared between tech support and engineering until it is too late to prevent a pile up of delays and back orders on updates or repairs. They could also benefit from expressing appreciation and providing adequate staffing.
