Offer better pay and more opportunities. I would also keep benefits like providing food rather than spend it frivolously on certain unnecessary things.

This is one of the best parts about Turn5. Each department and team gets to vote on things to do every quarter and the outings are always fun! The company also has holiday and other functions that are really great
