A one-on-one discussion with a broad variety of Turner employees, not just speaking with an HR person.

It was sn interview which are intimidating and uncomfortable
Interview was quick, only two people.
There are (3) layers of the interview process and most of the top level interviews are performed by not only management but by other experienced staff.
