Treat their employees as people, not tools. Follow there own advise of fair treatment, if you're a white male you are not inclusive

What is the best part about your compensation package?
You would be hard pressed to find another construction management company with a better, fuller employee compensation package.
Health insurance is very good
The ability to defer compensation
Holiday bonus is not common in the business

What are some of the best things about your team?
I have had the pleasure of working with dozens of great coworkers over my 32 years with Turner. Many of us have spent time away from work together - parties, weddings, sporting events and even a couple of vacations.
Bunch of really humble and knowledgeable people
They make sure to accommodate everyone
Smart, caring, hard workers and nice people.
Collaboration and drive in meetings
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too much kissing up, complacency and politics. The problem is that playing the game works 100x better than being competent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We exercise and stretch everyday. Plus we use all the safety avenues to keep each out harms way
Everyone is welcoming, respectful and determined to do their best, and if someone 'hits a bump in the road',, the rest of the team gladly step in to fill in any gaps.
