What did you like most about the interview process?
It was with the full leadership team so you feel like you're really having an impact throughout the company.
Looking back on the interview process, what stood out to me most was how genuinely human it felt! It felt more like an exchange of ideas than a checklist of questions. I could tell that the executive team really cared about finding the right fit, people geared for growth.
