They all model our CEO, kind, transparent, giving and genuine

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dealing with staff in a constructive manner, leadership, listening to staff rather than ridiculing their concerns
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They cover my insurance premiums.

Pay has significantly improved over past few years. Love the equity and 401k match

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparable positions in the same industry pay higher
I'm salaried for 40 hours yet work closer to 50 with no OT
Company wide raises, not just one employee gettting a bonus and then management congratulating that indicidual publicly whike the other 99% have been devalued
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is friendly and we all assist one another to make sure we are all doing okay
Real camaraderie, deep support for the mission of the company. Willingness to surface issues and get better.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Turo spends time in growing ideas and their culture of working together, They dont just talk about having a goos culture but actively work towards it.
Supportive and down to earth. Transparent and constantly evolving and getting better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management, more training for management, calue employees, listen and assist an employee when they say they feel like they are being harassed!!!

Being able to make a difference, work with great people, and develop as a person and professional.

My colleagues are great, the work is challenging and pioneering and fun
Great colleagues, exciting mission, impact on results.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is going wring. They are not trustworthy. I woukd not recommend the use of this company to anyone i care about
