Mr. Craig W. Shaw has been an Executive Vice President of Tutor Perini Corporation since June 2013 and served as its Chief Executive Officer of Building Group since June 2013 until June 6, 2017. Mr. Shaw has been the President of Tutor Perini Building Corp., at Tutor Perini Corporation since October 1999 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Building Group at Perini Building Corp since May 29, 2013. From 1986 to January 1994, he served as Vice President of Construction at Perini Building Company's Western U.S. Division. He served in various project management capacities with Perini since 1978. Mr. Shaw has been the Chairman of Perini Building Company Inc., since May, 2007.
