The leadership team sets goals and provides the resources to get it done. The leadership is also very accessible.

Alignment on strategy, focus, communication, direction/goals, creating a supportive environment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good base. Bonuses at risk.
Ownership through stock options is the best part of the comp plan.
