What do you like best about the leadership team?
They recognize the type of work and the requirements needed to do it.
Appear to be on top of things and to be responsive to employees' concerns. Seem to know how to steer the ship to success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Large bonus, lots of PTO
TS doesn't seem shy about giving salary increases! When the company does well, they spread it around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together.
TS hires for fit in the sense that there's a higher caliber of performer here than at other firms I've worked at. Yet, people don't exhibit arrogance or inflated egos despite how intelligent or accomplished they are. Also, I find people here helpful and kind!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People have balanced, healthy communication styles and active encourage others to do the same.
Friendly, positive, low-key culture. Extremely dress-casual (e.g., jeans and t-shirts). And once we're fully back in the office, it will be a hybrid situation: 3 days in, 2 days WFH.
