Adam Deckinger serves as Chief Legal & Administrative Officer for Tyson Foods. In this capacity, he oversees all global legal matters, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Environmental Operations, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, Regulatory Policy, Government Affairs, Aviation, Corporate Services and Real Estate.

Adam joined Tyson Foods in 2017 and has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Head of Law and Compliance and General Counsel. Prior to joining Tyson Foods, he served as an attorney at The Boeing Company and at the law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner. Adam also clerked for two federal judges, Honorable Andrew J. Kleinfeld, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Paul C. Huck, Southern District of Florida. Before pursuing a career in law, he worked as a software engineer.

Adam holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Michigan School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Florida State University.
