Jacqueline Hanson serves as Chief People Officer. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Resources function, including talent management, succession planning, labor relations, learning and development, compensation, benefits, HR operations and shared services. Her focus is on providing strategic vision and leadership, operational excellence, and a superior team member experience.
Jacqueline joined Tyson Foods in 2022 and most recently served as Human Resources Senior Vice President for Poultry, Cobb, McDonald’s and International. During this time, she drove people-centric solutions focused on enabling business results.
Prior to joining Tyson Foods, Jacqueline held pivotal roles at John Deere in HR operations, performance development, strategic workforce planning and technology and innovation. She was instrumental in leading key organizational transformations that fueled company growth and advanced technology.
Jacqueline holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Iowa.
