Wes Morris serves as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Wes oversees Logistics & Procurement in addition to the company’s business segments, including Chicken, Beef, Pork, Prepared Foods and International.

Wes brings more than 35 years of experience in the poultry and consumer products industries, including more than two decades with Tyson Foods. He has held several leadership roles across the company, including Group President, Poultry and President, Prepared Foods Operations. In these roles, Wes led large-scale operations and drove performance across key business segments.

His extensive experience across operations, sales and finance provides a strong foundation for leading enterprise-wide performance and execution.

In addition to his time at Tyson Foods, Wes served as Chief Financial Officer for Simmons Foods and held various sales management roles at Dial Corporation, Andrew Jergens Company and Acosta Brokerage.
