He has held several leadership roles across the company, including Group President, Poultry and President, Prepared Foods Operations. In these roles, Wes led large-scale operations and drove performance across key business segments.
His extensive experience across operations, sales and finance provides a strong foundation for leading enterprise-wide performance and execution.
In addition to his time at Tyson Foods, Wes served as Chief Financial Officer for Simmons Foods and held various sales management roles at Dial Corporation, Andrew Jergens Company and Acosta Brokerage.
