very good company to work the benefits are amazing

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that the competition packabe has room for expansion to grow considerably with the company and be compensated no matter what the plan is locked in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more money for just me

We are the forefront of the business and the team makes the big decisions regarding the entire company working throughout

Very positive, including and supportive colleagues

my boss has body odor and farts all day
More diversity and less about orientating transfers and hiring more qualified individuals
