Mr. Paul M. Jolas has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at U.S. Concrete, Inc. since August 1, 2013 and has been its Senior Vice President since February 2016 and served as its Vice President since August 1, 2013. Mr. Jolas served as Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Regency GP LLC, General Partner of Regency Energy Partners LP from September 8, 2009 to May 2012 and served as its Chief Administrative Officer. He has more than 24 years of legal experience, including extensive experience with corporate, securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, finance and transactional matters. Mr. Jolas served as Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary at Regency GU GP LLC until May 2012. Mr. Jolas served as Corporate Secretary at Trinity Industries Inc., since May 7, 2007. Mr. Jolas served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Trinity Industries Inc. since May 2009. He served as Deputy General Counsel of Corporate & Transactions at Trinity Industries Inc. from 2006 to May 2009. Prior to Trinity, he served as Senior Regional Counsel for the Texas Division of KB Home. He served as Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Radiologix, Inc. since December 2000, October 1996 and August 1996 respectively, where he also served as Senior Vice President. He served as a Member of the Corporate Securities Group for Haynes and Boone, LLP. From September 1989 to July 1996, Mr. Jolas was an attorney with the law firm of Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas, Texas. He practiced in the corporate finance section and was responsible for a broad range of corporate and securities transactions including numerous initial and secondary public offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions and public company reporting requirements. Mr. Jolas earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Duke University School of Law.
