Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I would feel better if I was valued for what I know and the amount of work I contribute.
As an intern, I'm making $4 an hour compared to my co-workers who make minimum wage. Wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't working 40+ hours a week and doing the same job as them.

Poor morale combined with overwhelming needs. Doing more with less and not getting compensated
Somewhat boring at times, more field work and cross training
