What did you like most about the interview process?
My boss who interviewed me was pretty easy-going, not super stern or intimidating. She made me feel comfortable in the interview process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an intern, I'm making $4 an hour compared to my co-workers who make minimum wage. Wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't working 40+ hours a week and doing the same job as them.
