What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous bonus, 401k match, ESPP
stipend for cell and internet. Use spouse's health benefits, so can't speak to healthcare.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are at the mercy of our parent company who provides us with limited healthcare options

remote working from home office is amazing! Also plugged in through chat app.
