Their goal is to extract as much fee ae they can from clients. Investors can find better advice at much lower cost elsewhere.
Need to increase perks of employees
Retain talent, stick to a vision for more than 3 months, articulate that vision. They need to get better at hiring smart people and absolutely need to prioritize internal talent (which is utterly ignored.)

Cost of living increases just dont exist, & bonuses are not paid based on your job. if your have a great year but ubs pays a fine for something unrelated to your job. your bonus will suffer

They need to either go to the university or change their career path to something less technical. UBS shouldn't be an academy.

long term managers seeking salary only, no consideration of new staff
There is a lot of process, it is growing and often makes it unnecessarily hard to get stuff done.
Lack of market comp, lack of professional development, antiquated technology, creeping bureaucracy. Stop cherishing roadblocks and mediocrity.
