What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining UCLA Health?
That there are no raises that make any difference to take-home pay. My raises have been negligible. Insulting in fact. But as I said, assistants and clerical staff are not considered at all.

Ordinary. Assistant staff, clerical staff are the very last consideration leadership pays attention to, or provides solutions for.

500/1000

I do not know. Communication is a very weak link here.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at UCLA Health?
Social life outside UCLA is not impacted. I have found no social life a result of working at UCLA. This is not a socially active work place for anyone other than leadership. Lower level workers are treated like lower level workers.

Reasonably secure but not entirely.
