It is in a panel setting and you are able to meet various people and are asked a wide range of questions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a cap for potential increases when moving up within a department. You are capped at 15% no matter what your peers and counterparts are being paid. This creates a lack of parity and requires staff to constantly move from department to department. This creates inconsistency within teams
