There is a cap for potential increases when moving up within a department. You are capped at 15% no matter what your peers and counterparts are being paid. This creates a lack of parity and requires staff to constantly move from department to department. This creates inconsistency within teams

More support is needed for admin staff. adequate coverage is needed. don't make part time or per diem employees feel bad for needing to take time off last minute since no benefits are even offered.
