What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work around my needs and my schedule

Teaching how to complete a new experiment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free health care is provided for local in network doctors
I get paid minimum wage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I probably work harder doing more intense research as a working student in the engineering dept and still get paid less or same amount as someone working at a reception desk.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is extremely dedicated to accomplishing tasks
We all understand the duties of the job
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication on what has been completed needs to improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is there to make groundbreaking research
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More helpful and talkative work environment
What did you like most about the interview process?
They flew us out to see the campus

Coding for upgrade projects and doing hands on work
Driving the truck and playing the radio
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just a bit slow for me. I like to move around more, not be cooped up in a tiny room the whole time
