They best doctors in the world

Going to work and seeing people smile. Lots of different culture. Environment is positive.

Hard work is mostly appreciated

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Return to respect for the frontline and actually knowing what they do rather than chasing numbers

bad place to work at due to discrimination

Toxic, back-stabbing, management that plays favorites and an inept union pretty much sums it up.
