Mr. Warren L. Troupe, J.D. has been Senior Executive Vice President of UDR, Inc. since March 2008 and as its Secretary since October 2008. Mr. Troupe has been Corporate Compliance Officer at UDR Inc. since May 2008. He served as Interim Principal Financial Officer of UDR Inc. since June 2012. He oversees all financial, treasury, tax and legal functions. He served as General Counsel of UDR Inc. since February 2008. Mr. Troupe oversees all financial, treasury, tax and legal functions at UDR. He joined UDR in March 2008. Mr. Troupe spent eleven years at Morrison & Forester LLP and served as its Partner from 1997 to 2008, where his practice focused on all aspects of corporate finance including, but not limited to, public and private equity offerings, traditional loan structures, debt placements to subordinated debt financings, workouts and recapitalizations. Mr. Troupe served as the Chair of Morrison & Forester LLP's Denver corporate group. He served as Legal Professional at QLT USA, Inc. He is a member of the Colorado and Denver bar associations and the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Troupe holds a BA from the Colorado State University in 1975 and a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1978.
