What is the best part about your compensation package?

All the benefits are very good in my opinion

Full package, including dental, vision, life o insurance, legal aid, mental health

The package is in compliance with the job

Generous bonus and stock options, plus two annual week-long shutdowns in the summer and aroind Christmas time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Strike price is unbeliveably high and board is not willing to review it at all. A lot of employees have left due to this reason
