What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the benefits are very good in my opinion
Full package, including dental, vision, life o insurance, legal aid, mental health
The package is in compliance with the job
Generous bonus and stock options, plus two annual week-long shutdowns in the summer and aroind Christmas time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Strike price is unbeliveably high and board is not willing to review it at all. A lot of employees have left due to this reason
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working together....being as one !! Diversity and respect at all times
Collaboration , team spirit, team competencies

My hr contact was one of the best hr experiences i have ever had.
Transparency, respect, innovative and patient centricity

Being myself and having feedbacks / support at all times
