Performance ratings are never given on the basis of work. It always depends on personal relationship with manager.

Hard working. Everyone at UltraTech is forced to work hard everyday.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Working hours should be fixed. Weekly off should be given to employees every week ! Performance should be evaluated honestly. Reduce office politics. Recruitment should be based on skills of person not just his past personal relationships with seniors.
