Respect the people working for you. Education isn't making widgets.
Need to treat direct reports better.
Leadership does not understand where the industry is headed. It wastes time and energy on initiatives like CBE that will fail.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No complaints about our compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is at the market rate but it is pretty low compared to the average.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong communication and cohesion, with shared drive and values.

The culture of the office needs to get better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A desire for diversity and inclusion.
lots of opportunities for service, they encourage you to continue your education
It is only positive in that people are willing to help each other with work. That's about it.

Appreciate the value of face to face interaction in establishing culture and learning community
They need more interaction with eachother.

You have taken away every effective tool for education and replaced books with online garbage.
Employees need to be treated better with less micromanagement.
