Unmanaged PTO is really great!
I think they have good intentions.
I have worked there a few years. For most of that time I've have had very positive feelings about the company. There are a lot of people there who have good intentions and care about their coworkers. There's been a lot of upheaval in the last couple years though and things have been pretty chaotic.
