What do you like best about the leadership team?Everyone has an interest in making art more accessible to the public through the Eli & Edythe Broad Art Museum.
What are some of the best things about your team?We communicate well throughout the museum. Radio contact, break room conversation, and meetings are all effective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone truly has a love for contemporary art.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not believe that minimum wage is acceptable for the amount of off-clock learning and on-clock strain on the body required to be a gallery guide.
